Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)<\/h3>

Providing economic security for your family if you pass away, become disabled, or experience an injury or illness is a major consideration in personal financial planning. Eligible employees receive Basic Life and AD&D coverage at no cost.<\/p>

Supplemental Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)<\/h3>

Voluntary Life and AD&D offer additional coverage for yourself, and\/or for your spouse and children. For new hires, the guaranteed issue amount is $250,000 for employees and $50,000 for spouses. For any amount over these limits or outside of the new hire enrollment period, Evidence of Insurability forms must be completed.<\/p>

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)<\/h3>

As part of your Basic Life and AD&D coverage, you have access to Ability Assist\u00ae Counseling Services, an EAP. When you need a helping hand, the EAP offers value-added programs and services for free. This confidential service is available to you and your family members to help with many life challenges including grief, stress, depression, marital or family challenges, retirement planning, alcohol and drug abuse, and more.<\/p>
